Business Conduct is based not just upon strict compliance with all
laws - federal, state and local - affecting our business of providing
quality and caring home and community health services to our patients/clients,
but on the abiding principles of integrity, honor and concern for
others.
One way VNA communicates with our employees is through the Employee
Newsletter – The Vine. The Vine delivers a variety of information,
including the announcement of upcoming events at VNA, showcasing
employees, highlighting changes in healthcare and spotlighting different
programs that VNA offers. The Vine tries to capture the environmental
culture that each branch adds to the organization as a whole.
