Who Is Eligible When Eligible Who Pays What You Receive
All regular full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours per week

1st of month following date of hire Employee Out-of-pocket health care expenses paid on a pre-tax basis up to annual maximum of $5,000.
Dependant Care Reserve Account
Who Is Eligible When Eligible Who Pays What You Receive
All regular full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours per week

1st of month following date of hire Employee Dependent Care expenses paid on a pre-tax basis. $5,000 if participants file joint return. $2,500 if participant and spouse file separate returns.
 

 
NOTE: Benefits for part-time employees are pro-rated based upon the number of hours worked.
