For more than 80 years, VNA has relied on the generosity of others who share our passion for helping North Texans age with dignity and independence at home. Join this passionate group of supporters when you purchase a sponsorship for the 2018 Premier Charity Golf Tournament. The day’s events will be centered around an 18-hole tournament, but the excitement doesn’t stop there. We are featuring treats, sweets and a gourmet buffet, along with beverages, music and more.

11:30am — Buffet Lunch 1:00 pm Tee-off
5:30pm — Cocktail Reception & Awards
Proceeds from the PAR Charity Tournament will benefit the seniors of North Texas through VNA Texas, providing Meals on Wheels, Hospice Care, Palliative Care and Private Care. Your support will deliver hope to our senior neighbors.
Only one sponsorhip availible! We are accepting bids that will start at $2,500 for this amazing opportunity.

Sponsors can add additional players for only $100.00 each, otherwise the Individual Golfer Player Fee is $150 and a Team of Four is $500.
