VNA's expanded kitchen will increase production capacity to 14,000 meals a day in the new building. The United Way of Metropolitan Dallas' Community Assessment projects that the demand for home-delivered meals program will increase over the next 10 - 20 years. VNA is taking the necessary steps to plan for this future demand.

The VNA Meals on Wheels program prepares and delivers 1.5 million meals annually to the hungry and homebound in Dallas County. We rely on thousands of volunteers to touch of lives of these individuals by delivering the meals and interacting with them. This may be the only human contact our clients have all day.
