All regular full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours per week. Part-time employees have pro-rated schedule of listed full time schedule.
Accrual begins upon employment. May only use PTO to cover national holidays during 1st six months. Holidays are

Upon employment VNA 100% Up to 3 days with pay for death of a member of your immediate family.
Jury Duty

Upon employment VNA 100% Full pay (not to exceed 8 hours per day) for time spent in court as a juror or subpoenaed witness in a local court.
