The survey results are in!
Our 261 team members can say they work at one of The Dallas Morning News Top Workplaces D-FW! We ranked #43 (of mid-sized companies) on the list and it’s our 5th year to earn the designation.
On the survey, employees are asked a series of questions, whether a statement is true and how important certain work-life qualities are. Some of the survey questions focused on whether employees feel appreciated, does the culture of the company encourages new ideas and different points of view, flexibility between work and home balance, and confidence in the company and management.
