Texas New Mexico Hospice & Palliative Care Organization Announces Olivia Rogers as Incoming Board President
Helping seniors safely age in the place they call home.
The Visiting Nurse Association of Texas (VNA) plays a critical role in community-based health care. We provide Hospice and Supportive Palliative care, access to nutritious meals through Meals on Wheels, and social connection for our aging community.
There are several ways we partner with health care organizations to provide community-based care for seniors. If you have elderly patients who need additional home-based health care support and are interested in exploring ways we can help with reducing trips to the emergency room and re-hospitalizations, contact us to explore our options.

Partnership and collaboration make health care work better. We are proud to care for patients alongside these incredible partners.
I wanted to let you know about the support and care provided by your on-call RN Damita Ware. She was exceptional last night and was a great help to me. We had two patients to convert to inpatient hospice that had extremely complicated family dynamics. Damita was a trooper and stayed until almost midnight to assist hospital staff with the conversion process, along with supporting the families during an emotional time. Damita is an excellent representative of VNA and I am grateful for her assistance.
If you need assistance or to refer a patient, please contact us at any time.
