Our website provides prospective patients, their individual representatives, and prospective volunteers and donors various ways to interact with VNA. For example, you may use our website to:
- Fill out forms to refer a patient, volunteer for hospice or obtain further information about hospice or apply for Meals on Wheels.
- Interact with VNA representatives via a “chat box” feature to obtain further information about VNA services.
- Sign up to volunteer for our Meals on Wheels program.
- Research available jobs at VNA.
The Meals on Wheels volunteer portal and our careers link connects you to third-party controlled portals or websites (Indeed.com). We do not control the privacy practices of third-party portals or links.
How do we use the information we collect?
We use personal information that you submit to respond to the reason that you provided the information – generally, to provide you with information regarding health care and other services that we offer, pricing and other information. We may use your personal information to send you communications about our services that may be of interest to you to the extent permitted by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”). We may also use your information to personalize your website experience and to deliver content and product and service offerings relevant to your interests, including targeted offers and ads through our website, third-party sites, and via email or text message if you have provided that information to us. This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information about children.
