Expanding Expert Hospice Services in North Texas
The Visiting Nurse Association of Texas (VNA) is expanding our footprint in North Texas through a strengthened partnership with Forefront Living, further increasing access to high-quality, nonprofit hospice care across North Texas.
Established in 1934, VNA is a trusted nonprofit healthcare provider with a long history of serving North Texas families. Our partnership with Forefront Living, which began in 2025, has grown deeply over the past year, rooted in shared values and a dedication to compassionate, patient-centered care.
As Faith Presbyterian Hospice begins winding down its operations, VNA is ready and honored to care for both hospice and palliative care patients across the 16 counties we serve. As Forefront Living’s preferred hospice partner, VNA has entered into a lease to provide Inpatient Hospice Services on the T. Boone Pickens Campus, reopening under our leadership in early summer.
I am deeply grateful for this partnership. It reflects what is possible when two mission-driven nonprofit organizations unite for those we serve. By joining efforts with Forefront Living, we are strengthening our community’s ability to ensure patients and families receive expert hospice care delivered with compassion, dignity, and integrity – exactly when they need it most. This commitment inspires me every day, and I am proud of the role VNA plays in making moments matter for our neighbors throughout North Texas.
VNA will be the exclusive provider of hospice services on the T. Boone Pickens campus. Forefront Living will continue to support VNA patients with the “Faith Difference,” including bereavement support, Faith Kids, music therapy, massage therapy, and spiritual care.
This collaboration positions VNA to become the largest nonprofit hospice provider in North Texas, reinforcing our shared commitment to serving individuals and families with dignity, compassion, and integrity.
