Check Out Our New Space in Fort Worth
|
Tuesday, June 17 from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM
One West Seventh 2821 W. 7th Street, 2nd Floor Fort Worth, TX 76107
Join us for community and celebration as we introduce our newest office in Fort Worth. VNA is North Texas’s most trusted provider of quality healthcare services wherever patients call home and is the first, most experienced nonprofit Hospice Care provider in Texas. VNA offers Supportive Palliative Care and adult and pediatric Hospice Care in 16 North Texas Counties, including Tarrant. We have seen an increased need for serious illness care in that community and VNA has a long history of responding to community needs as they arise. As part of our strategic plan, we are expanding both our adult and pediatric clinical programs in Tarrant, Johnson, and parts of Ellis counties. While VNA was already serving patients and families in these communities, having a physical location in the middle of the service area will help us better meet the needs of our patients. Come meet our team, learn more about VNA, and help us continue enhancing health and well-being in our community.
Please RSVP to Sarah Harris at Sarah@vnatexas.org by June 16th. We look forward to seeing you there!

This May, your Donation Will Make Double the Difference!
|
Many of our homebound senior neighbors can’t get to grocery stores or cook for themselves. That’s why VNA Meals on Wheels distributes more than 5,300 hot meals every Monday through Friday on over 300 routes. But we can’t do this without your help!
We’re currently navigating a period of economic uncertainty in the country. It’s all the more reason why we need your support! Many seniors in our community rely on your generosity to live happier, healthier lives.
If you make a gift before May 31st, your impact will be even greater. That’s because a generous donor has promised to match all donations—up to $25,000! That means your gift will be doubled!
Help seniors retain the dignity and independence that come with remaining in their homes by giving a gift here.

Make a Difference This Summer — Sign Up Now for Meals on Wheels Kids Camp!
|
The VNA Meals on Wheels Kids Camp is just around the corner, and spots are limited—register today to secure your child’s place!
Last summer, 33 incredible campers, ages 8-11, joined us for an unforgettable day of giving back. From delivering meals and companionship to homebound seniors in Oak Cliff, to creating heartfelt cards and learning about nutrition, our campers left with full hearts and valuable life lessons about kindness, empathy, and the power of small actions.
Highlights included:
- Delivering meals and smiles to seniors
- Touring our commercial kitchen (yes, they even braved the freezer!)
- Making colorful, encouraging cards
- A fun lesson in healthy eating, capped off with a fruit and veggie tasting—radishes and kiwis were surprise hits!
What our campers learned:
“Even just drawing someone a picture or having a short conversation can make them feel less lonely and let them know they are seen.”
“The most important thing I learned today is that people not only need food and water, but to have interactions with others. Being lonely can never be a good thing.”
What parents are saying:
“ My 9- and 11-year-olds just became superheroes at the coolest camp ever! It’s a small-time commitment, but the impact we’ve made feels significant. I highly recommend it. It’s a win-win for everyone involved!”
Don’t miss out—spaces are filling fast, and we don’t want your child to miss this meaningful experience.
